We are looking Fresher and Experienced candidates. A Service Trainee is an entry-level position where individuals are trained to assist customers, learn repair or maintenance processes, and provide foundational service support. Depending on the industry, trainees shadow senior staff to learn troubleshooting, product assembly, and client satisfaction strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assistant Senior Diesel Generator Mechanics
- Customer Assistance: Learn to answer inquiries, resolve client complaints, and provide product or service information.
- Shadowing & Training: Participate in on-the-job training, observe senior technicians or representatives, and attend company workshops.
- Troubleshooting & Repair:(For technical/hardware roles) Unpack, inspect, dismantle, and repair malfunctioning products under supervision.
- System Updates: Update client information and service logs accurately into company databases.
- Sales & Admin Support: Assist with preparing quotes, packing serviced items, and processing paperwork.
Essential Requirements Education: Minimum high school diploma, or a relevant certificate or degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering for tech roles, Hospitality for F&B).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong problem-solving, and a "can-do" attitude with openness to feedback.
