We are looking for passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teachers who can create a joyful, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment for young learners.
Requirements:
- Graduation/Degree is mandatory
- Montessori training or knowledge of Montessori learning approach is preferred
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for early childhood education
- Creative, patient, and child-friendly personality
- Ability to handle children with care and positivity
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Maintain a safe, positive, and hygienic classroom atmosphere
- Encourage interactive and activity-based learning
- Coordinate with parents regarding child progress and classroom activities
- Organize storytelling, rhymes, art, and fun-learning sessions
