About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Personal Assistant to work closely with the Founder, ensuring seamless handling of professional commitments and personal priorities. The role requires strong judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while operating in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and capable of handling diverse responsibilities with efficiency and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Administrative Responsibilities
- Oversee the Founder’s schedule, ensuring effective prioritization of meetings, appointments, and engagements.
- Facilitate communication with internal teams, external stakeholders, service providers, and business associates.
- Monitor pending actions, track commitments, and ensure timely closure of key deliverables.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Maintain records, correspondence, and critical documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative requirements and operational follow-through.
2. Personal Responsibilities
- Handle personal appointments, reservations, and related arrangements.
- Liaise with vendors, household service providers, and external agencies as required.
- Coordinate events, celebrations, and other personal engagements.
- Ensure smooth execution of personal tasks and time-sensitive requests.
- Maintain an organized repository of important personal information and records.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and execution capabilities.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and productivity platforms.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
