Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spoken English Trainer to help students and professionals improve their English speaking, communication, and interpersonal skills. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, assessing learner progress, and creating a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct spoken English training sessions for students, job seekers, or working professionals
- Develop lesson plans focused on pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, fluency, and confidence building
- Use interactive teaching methods such as role-plays, group discussions, debates, and presentations
- Assess students’ language levels and track progress regularly
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized guidance
- Prepare training materials, worksheets, and assignments
- Conduct mock interviews and personality development sessions (if required)
- Maintain attendance and performance records
- Encourage participation and build learner confidence
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage learners of different age groups
- Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for teaching
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, online teaching platforms)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
