Final Inspection & Testing:
- 100% dimensional inspection of valves
- Pressure, leakage & functional testing
- Approval before dispatch
Test Certificate & Documentation:
- Prepare TC as per format
- Maintain inspection & drawing records
- Update ERP/system
In-Process Quality:
- Inline inspection during machining & assembly
- Check body, ball, stem, seats
Incoming Inspection:
- Check raw material & bought-out items
- Approve/reject materials
Vendor Inspection:
- Visit vendors for inspection & testing
- Prepare vendor reports
Testing & Instruments:
- Use gauges, vernier, micrometer
- Ensure calibration
System & Records:
- Maintain all QC data in system
Customer Site Support:
- Visit site for issues
- Check valve operation & resolve problems
