Aspire Designs is an Architecture, Interior & Landscape Design-Build Studio founded in 2008 by Architects Satya Saxena (B.Arch. Honours) and Annu Saxena (M.Arch. Honours & B.Arch. Honours).
We specialise in designing and developing restaurants, bars, hotels, banquet halls, resorts, and hospitality spaces across India and overseas — creating environments that are visually iconic, operationally efficient, and business-driven.
Role Overview
- This is a junior-level client coordination and lead management role.
- You will be the first point of contact for potential clients reaching out to Aspire Designs. Your role will involve handling inquiries, understanding project requirements, qualifying leads, and coordinating meetings with our senior consulting team.
- This role is ideal for someone who is organised, confident in communication, detail-oriented, and enjoys interacting with people professionally.
Please note: This is not a direct sales closing role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries received through Instagram, Meta Ads, Website, WhatsApp, Calls, and LinkedIn
- Conduct timely outbound follow-ups to ensure no qualified lead is missed
- Professionally introduce Aspire Designs and create a strong first impression for prospective clients
- Understand and capture key project details, including: Property type, Project location, Budget range, timeline, Scope and size of project
- Identify serious and relevant prospects and prioritise accordingly
- Maintain accurate lead records and communication updates in the CRM system
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between qualified leads and senior team members
- Follow up with clients to ensure smooth meeting coordination and attendance
- Maintain daily and weekly lead tracking reports
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, inside sales, business development, hospitality, or customer relationship roles
- Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Professional, confident, and well-spoken personality
- Excellent organisational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and inquiries simultaneously
- Prior experience in interiors, hospitality, luxury services, architecture, or real estate is an advantage
- Graduated in any discipline
What This Role Is Not
- This role does not involve technical consultations, design discussions, or project closures. Those responsibilities are handled by senior management and consultants.
- Your primary responsibility is to ensure smooth first-level communication, lead qualification, and client coordination.
Compensation
Fixed Salary + Performance Based Incentives
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
