About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) who can take ownership of the complete sales process-from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and managing client relationships.
This is not a lead-generation-only position. You will play a direct role in growing revenue and helping businesses discover how Gofraze can improve their marketing efforts.

What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect potential clients
- Reach out to businesses through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations
- Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
- Present and pitch Gofraze confidently
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Close new business opportunities
- Follow up with customers after the sale
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress
- Work closely with Founder to improve sales processes and messaging
Compensation
This job is fully commission based, on average, BDR’s make about 76000 INR per month + basic salary kicks in from 4th month
Commission
Competitive performance-based commission structure with opportunity to make serious commission.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales, business development, or customer acquisition experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Experience with cold calling and outbound sales
