About the Role
ALIGN UNIVERSAL is seeking a skilled and dedicated Generator Technician to join our growing service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of diesel generator (DG) sets at customer sites. We welcome both experienced technicians and candidates who are eager to learn and build a career in the power generation industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of diesel generators.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in DG sets.
- Install, commission, and test generators at customer locations.
- Carry out engine overhauling and component replacement when required.
- Inspect generators and prepare service reports.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service records.
- Provide technical support and excellent customer service during site visits.
Requirements
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Diesel Mechanic, or a related field.
- Experience in generator servicing is preferred but freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of diesel engines, alternators, electrical systems, and control panels.
- Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems.
- Willingness to travel for field service assignments.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
