Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented Videographer with strong Pre & Post-Production skills to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can independently ideate, shoot, and edit high-quality video content tailored for digital platforms. You will work closely with the creative, content, and client teams to produce impactful videos that align with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Production
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop video concepts and story ideas.
- Create shot lists, basic scripts, and storyboards for planned shoots.
- Coordinate production requirements such as location, lighting needs, props, talent, and schedules.
- Understand client briefs and convert them into executable video plans.
Production
- Shoot high-quality video footage using professional cameras (DSLR/Mirrorless/Cinema cameras)
- Manage lighting setups, camera angles, and sound recording as needed.
- Ensure smooth execution of on-ground shoots—both in studio and on location.
- Direct talent, influencers, and team members during shoots.
Post-Production
- Edit videos end-to-end using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Add motion graphics, basic animations, and visual effects when required.
- Perform color correction, sound design, and final output formatting.
- Maintain a consistent style and brand identity across video projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of professional videography and editing experience.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and cinematography principles.
- Ability to operate cameras, gimbals, drones, and audio equipment.
- Good eye for detail, visual composition, and storytelling.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience shooting influencer/content creator videos.
- Knowledge of color grading tools like DaVinci Resolve.
- Motion graphics or animation skills.
- Basic photography experience.
