Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales professional to drive business growth across India. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing institutional clients such as schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, training centers, corporate learning departments, and educational organizations.
The role involves generating leads, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, building long-term relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and acquire new institutional customers across assigned territories.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, events, digital channels, and field visits.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish relationships with decision-makers such as Principals, Directors, Trustees, HODs, and Procurement Teams.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable education solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and product improvements.
Reporting
- Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Submit regular activity and performance reports to management.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and consultative selling approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
