Job Title: Telecalling Executive
Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident, friendly, and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves interacting with potential and existing customers through calls, explaining products/services, and supporting the sales process by generating and nurturing leads.
This is a non-target based role, focused on quality communication, customer engagement, and relationship building rather than aggressive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products/services
- Handle inbound customer queries in a professional and helpful manner
- Generate and nurture leads for the sales team
- Understand customer requirements and guide them toward suitable solutions
- Maintain healthy and long-term customer relationships
- Record call details, customer information, and follow-up notes in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience
- Prepare daily call reports and basic lead status updates

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Required)
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Telecalling / Customer Service / Sales
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and customer handling ability
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred)
- Good listening skills and patience
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
