This is a work-from-home role, so you must be professional, disciplined, and able to work independently.

What the job involves:
- Making and receiving high-volume outbound and inbound calls.
- Helping customers with course enquiries and bookings.
- Following up with leads and previous customers.
- Managing outstanding enquiries and accounts.
- Sending booking information and follow-up messages.
- Updating customer details and call outcomes.
- Handling objections and solving customer problems.
- Creating positive outcomes through professional communication.
- Working from home with proper daily reporting.

- Experience in a call centre, customer service, sales, hospitality, tourism, retail, education, or similar role.
