Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Design lesson plans, lectures, assignments, and assessments covering media law, ethics, and production.
- Instruction: Teach topics including, but not limited to, broadcasting, film, print journalism, public relations, and advertising.
- Student Engagement: Facilitate classroom discussions and provide mentoring during office hours.
- Evaluation: Grade assignments, projects, and examinations, keeping accurate academic records.
- Industry Connection: Keep up-to-date with emerging digital trends, social media, and technologies. Diversity Job Board +4
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or industry experience (media house, agency).
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills. Indeed +2
