Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) — goal setting, mid-year/annual appraisals, KRA/KPI tracking, and calibration
- Configure and administer PMS software/tools, and train managers and employees on the process
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and HR analytics
- Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
- Proven, hands-on experience running a Performance Management System (PMS) end-to-end — this is a mandatory requirement
- Familiarity with PMS/HRMS tools (e.g., Darwinbox, SuccessFactors, Keka, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
