Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards while coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and the design team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day execution of interior works at project sites.
- Coordinate carpentry, modular furniture installation, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, wallpaper, glass, and finishing works.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Plan daily activities and manage labour productivity.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and rectify execution issues.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Take site measurements and verify dimensions before execution.
- Prepare daily progress reports with site photographs.
- Communicate project updates to the Project Manager and clients.
- Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage.
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
- Resolve on-site technical and execution-related issues.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial interior execution.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and interior working drawings.
- Good understanding of modular furniture installation.
- Knowledge of materials, hardware, finishes, and MEP coordination.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp reporting.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior site supervision.
- Valid two-wheeler or four wheeler driving license preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in turnkey interior projects.
- Experience coordinating multiple vendors and labour teams.
- Familiarity with project scheduling and quality control.
Salary
Competitive salary based on experience, along with travel allowance and performance incentives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad, Hyderabad District)
