Location: Hyderabad Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office
We're looking for a skilled and driven Test Engineer to help ensure the delivery of high-quality software and products. In this role, you'll write code and scripts, identify the right tools for functional and non-functional testing, and contribute to automated test frameworks. You'll collaborate closely with engineering teams to design test plans, define standards, and build reliable delivery pipelines — all while mentoring those around you and continuously raising the bar on quality.

Develop and maintain complex integration, functional, and non-functional tests and automated test frameworks across teams to ensure holistic software quality.

Lead and maintain the implementation of the delivery pipeline, including test automation, frameworks, build environments, test environments, and security.

Lead verification of system functionality by executing complex automated and manual tests, analyzing results, and providing actionable recommendations.

Analyze and report test results, monitor trends over time, and provide guidance to teams for continuous improvement.

Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to team members, and contribute to peer code reviews for test automation code.

Influence and lead on team standards and processes — including planning, work estimation, peer reviews, and test design — while assessing the business value and broader impact of software changes.

BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, with significant hands-on experience across all phases of the test lifecycle.

Proven experience with test automation, continuous integration tools, build environments, and delivery pipelines.

Significant experience with programming or scripting, source control systems, and development on Windows/Linux platforms.

Solid experience with Agile frameworks, database technology, and software application testing methodologies.

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with demonstrated leadership and business acumen.

Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach team members on testing best practices and automation standards.

Experience researching complex escalations and ensuring long-term application stability.

Strong ability to translate goals into new ideas and design solutions using original thinking.

Experience contributing to backlog prioritization and test design based on business value and impact.

Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently to completion in a fast-paced environment.
