Responsibilities:
1. Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
2. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
3. Proficiency in project documentation and cost estimation.
4. Ability to conduct on-site inspections and address technical challenges.
5. Knowledge of sustainable construction practices is a plus.
Requirement:
1. Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
3. Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Proficiency in project documentation and cost estimation.
6. To read, learn, understand drawings.
7. Preparation of BBS.
8. Ability to conduct on-site inspections and address technical challenges.
Experience: - Experience 2-3 years.
Education: - Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
