Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and reports.
- Coordinate employee attendance, leave records, and documentation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with HR software/HRMS is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
