Procurement & Supply Chain Manager
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management
Research, identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers.
Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
Procurement & Project Management
Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including project-based purchasing.
Handle Requests for Proposals (RFPs), vendor quotations, purchase orders, and supplier coordination.
Ensure smooth procurement processes from requisition to material delivery.
Supply Chain & Logistics Management
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
Monitor inventory levels and forecast supply requirements to prevent stock shortages or delays.
Work closely with internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Cost Optimization
Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Implement procurement strategies that reduce expenses while maintaining quality, delivery timelines, and service standards.
Compliance & Reporting
Track vendor performance using defined KPIs and SLAs.
Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

Working Days: Mon-Sat (2nd & 4th Sat Off)
