Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of integration strategies to optimize business processes.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Extensible Stylesheet Language XSL.
- Strong knowledge of system integration concepts and methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing business process transformations.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on collaborative resolution.
- Familiarity with application design and customer journey mapping.
