Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 4–5 years of experience in the US IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor relationships, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience marketing bench consultants to Tier 1 vendors and direct clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to Tier 1 vendors and direct clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
- Handle the complete bench sales process, including consultant marketing, submissions, follow-ups, interview scheduling, and placements.
- Work with job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Manage consultants with H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card (GC), and US Citizen (USC) work authorizations.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate with vendors and consultants throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain daily reports and ensure timely communication with clients and consultants.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Good understanding of US staffing and recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple consultants simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
