We are hiring Academic Sales Executives to handle parent enquiries, guide them through academic solutions, and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
This is a pure sales role focused on conversions, not a support or back-office position.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Parent Counselling
- Call and follow up on parent enquiries
- Understand academic needs
- Explain services and pricing
- Suggest suitable tutor options
- Handle objections and close sales
Admission & Payment Conversion
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions
- Assist in package selection
- Ensure timely payment collection
- Complete student onboarding
Lead Management
- Maintain and update CRM records
- Ensure all leads are followed up
- Track enquiry-to-admission progress
Target Achievement
- Meet monthly admission targets
- Maintain strong conversion rates
- Ensure high parent satisfaction

- 1–10 admissions → ₹150 per admission
- 11–20 admissions → ₹200 per admission
- 21+ admissions → ₹250 per admission
Additional Bonuses
- Fast closure (within 48 hours) → ₹100 per admission
- Timely payment collection → ₹75 per admission
High Performer Bonus
- 15 admissions → ₹2,000
- 20 admissions → ₹4,000
- 25+ admissions → ₹6,000
