Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the client to understand their business & provide usable social insights driven analysis across multiple platforms and social channels which can enable the social media teams to develop social media strategies and content.
- Understand category insights, trends and develop the queries to execute in the social media listening and benchmarking tools.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand the client’s business and analyse how the brand is perceived by customers and social conversations around the brand.
- Develop an insightful report to showcase trends, variances, volume, other relevant qualitative social media intelligence and showcase the findings, conclusions and suggestions as precise takeaways
- Highlight critical & influential alerts of any negative mentioned to the respective stakeholders and giving timely insights
- Complete accountability & ownership of projects assigned from onboarding to reporting
- Utilize analytics and Social Listening tools like Listenfirst, Radian6 , Brandwatch, etc. for creating and interpreting reports

Professional Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in social media analysis with demonstrated successes.
- Experience working with popular social media advertising platforms like Facebook, Instagram Twitter, and others
- Hands on experience with social media listening and monitoring tools
- Ability to make optimized search queries for social media listening and monitoring.
- Adherence to quality control and metrics.
- Experience in creating reports with explanation, precise topics, and data visualization. Ability to make the meaningful insights and inferences from social media conversations / data.
- Demonstrate mastery of verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills, lead meetings and manage workflow with the clients.
