The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end facility operations, ensuring compliance, optimizing resources, and enhancing employee experience. The role requires fluency in English communication, confident and accurate responses, and a professional demeanor with attributes such as ambition, collaboration, adaptability, energy, proactiveness, ownership, and commitment. Strong interpersonal skills including problem-solving, decision-making, empathy, patience, honesty, and responsibility are essential. The candidate should demonstrate a positive attitude towards the role, be comfortable with the site location, and have experience in sustainability, cost-saving, operational optimization, and employee experience initiatives. Core responsibilities include managing housekeeping operations through staff deployment, consumables planning, daily patterns, and service partner monitoring; people management through direct reports and client relationships; and statutory compliance covering building documentation, renewals, labour wage structures, revisions, and submissions. Technical expertise is required in AHU, UPS, DG, emergency lighting, and server/data room operations. The role also involves event management, café operations including licensing, menu planning, HACCP compliance, and food audits, as well as financial management through PR/PO processes, billing, NDC collection, and budget tracking. Stakeholder and vendor management are critical, requiring BU engagement, feedback tracking, vendor issue resolution, KPI reviews, and MOM closure. Risk and EHS management include identifying facility risks, conducting fire drills, ERT training, and ensuring emergency signage compliance. Additional responsibilities cover mailroom operations, asset lifecycle management, emergency response and BCP/FAPA systems, energy and utility tracking, landlord issue resolution, minor project execution, help desk SLA management, space allocation, procurement policy adherence, AMC tracking, and inventory management using FIFO and 5S processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of facility operations, compliance, and sustainability practices, with proven ability to manage diverse teams, stakeholders, and operational challenges effectively.
