Role Overview
We are hiring a skilled Chef with strong expertise in Pizza, Pasta, and Chowmein. You’ll handle day-to-day kitchen operations, ensure consistent taste and quality, and help us introduce new items to keep the menu exciting.
Key Responsibilities
1) Prepare pizza, pasta, chowmein, and other Continental & Chinese dishes as per Roast and Toast recipes and standards. Taste must be consistently excellent.
2) Check freshness of ingredients and ensure hygiene.
3) Track raw material usage, assist in stock checks, and inform management of requirements to avoid shortages.
