Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers and visitors professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate Sales Executive.
- Coordinate and schedule project site visits.
- Maintain customer data and update enquiries in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales, CRM, and marketing teams for customer-related activities.
- Ensure the reception and experience center are well maintained at all times.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer queries professionally.
- Maintain daily visitor logs and prepare enquiry reports.
- Support customer engagement activities, events, and project launches.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
