Sales Manager – Real Estate
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sales Planning & Strategy
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams
2. Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team
- Set individual and team sales targets
- Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
3. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Oversee lead generation through digital campaigns, channel partners, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers and agents
- Ensure consistent pipeline of qualified leads
4. Client Handling & Relationship Management
- Interact with key clients and high-value prospects
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
5. Property Sales & Presentations
- Conduct site visits, property presentations, and client meetings
- Provide detailed information about projects, pricing, and legal documentation
- Address customer queries and objections effectively
6. Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms with clients
- Ensure timely closure of deals
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for documentation and agreements
7. Sales Operations & Reporting
- Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Monitor sales funnel, conversion rates, and revenue
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
8. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with marketing for campaigns and promotions
- Coordinate with project, legal, and finance teams for smooth transactions
- Ensure timely delivery commitments to clients.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
