JAM Events is looking for a proactive,dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. responsible to support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective people management. The role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and maintaining HR records to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
- Manage the end to end recruitmen
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning initiatives
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- Foster a positive working environment and company culture
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in payroll processing and attendance management
- Handle employee queries and support HR operations
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Support performance management processes
- Prepare HR reports and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information
