About Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to guide, motivate, and elevate our team. In this role, you will act as a player, coach,balancing daily operational goals with the professional growth of your team members.
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Education: Any UG / PG
Job Location: Anna Nagar , Chennai
Work timing : Day Shift (10 AM - 7 PM)
Preferred Candidates background: Call center / BPO - Out bound sales
1. Daily Target Management: Drive day-to-day operations to ensure customer care executives meet their daily performance and sales targets.
2. Call Audits & Quality Control: Conduct regular call audits to monitor quality, compliance, and identify gaps in performance.
3. Training & Development: Design and manage regular training processes for both new joiners and existing callers to sharpen their skills.
4. Sales Conversion: Leverage coaching and quality insights to directly drive and improve sales conversion rates across the team.
