Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and motivated fresher candidates to join our Sales & Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about renewable energy and interested in building a career in the solar industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for rooftop solar installations through field visits, calls, and referrals
- Explain solar energy solutions and benefits to potential customers
- Assist in preparing quotations and proposals
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain customer records
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Participate in local marketing campaigns and awareness drives
- Coordinate with the technical team for smooth project execution
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of solar energy is an advantage
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
