Job Overview: (Client Coordination)
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Digital Campaign Delivery Coordinator to coordinate and manage online campaigns, ensuring their timely delivery and successful execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating campaign tasks, managing client relationships, obtaining creative approvals, and ensuring that campaigns meet key performance metrics. This role also involves creating reports, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and necessary adjustments.
Job Responsibility:
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) between the Business Development and Digital Marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update campaign trackers, reports, and performance sheets on a regular basis.
- Monitor campaign timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and resolve operational dependencies.
- Oversee quality checks of campaign assets to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and error-free delivery.
- Generate regular performance reports and assist in analyzing campaign results for improvements.
- Support digital strategy execution for lead generation and visibility campaigns.
- Coordinate with design and ad operations teams for timely campaign deployment.
- Track campaign performance using digital analytics tools and prepare actionable insights.
- Should be well versed with Facebook Ads Manager/ Business Manager Look into campaign budgeting and ensure that the campaigns are delivered within the stipulated time frame and in budget .
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution processes.
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager / Business Manager preferred.
- Good knowledge of campaign tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
