Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Design professional posters, brochures, banners, and marketing creatives using Canva or similar design tools.
- Generate and nurture quality leads through digital marketing campaigns and online outreach.
- Handle student and client enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Promote AI training programs, internship opportunities, workshops, and company services.
- Coordinate webinar promotions and registrations.
- Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Track campaign performance, analyse results, and improve lead conversion rates.
- Update website content, portfolios, and client testimonials.
- Conduct competitor research and identify new marketing opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, MBA, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Lead Generation.
- Strong communication skills in English , Hindi and Telugu.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Creative thinking with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about building brands.
