Section 1: Role Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers to join our Business Development team. This is a full-time, entry-level role where you will be trained from scratch and gradually work across both pre-sales (finding new clients) and post-sales (managing existing clients) functions. What you will be doing: Help us identify potential clients, schedule meetings, communicate professionally, and support our sales team in winning and managing business — all while being mentored by experienced professionals from Day 1. Section 2: What You Will Learn & Do Lead Generation & Prospecting (Full Training Provided) Learn to identify potential clients through LinkedIn, online research, cold calling, and email outreach — guided step-by-step by your mentor. Assist in maintaining a database of qualified leads and keeping it up to date. Follow up on leads under supervision and gradually develop your own nurturing approach. Get introduced to online bidding platforms and learn how to pitch our services to prospective clients. Meeting Scheduling & Client Communication Help coordinate and schedule meetings between prospective clients and the internal sales or technical team. Shadow senior executives on client calls to observe professional communication in action. Gradually take ownership of scheduling and basic client interactions as your confidence grows. Client Support & Relationship Building Assist seniors in managing client communication and ensuring timely, professional responses. Learn to understand and document client requirements through guided conversations. Build foundational relationship management skills by engaging with clients alongside your mentor. Relay client feedback to the internal team — a key habit for cross-functional coordination. Documentation & Portfolio Support Assist in maintaining company profiles, case studies, and service portfolios used for client pitches. Learn to draft professional business introduction emails and basic proposals with team support. Update CRM records and maintain organised lead tracking sheets as part of daily responsibilities. Support the team in preparing project reports and other client-facing documentation.
