The Deputy Manager - Training will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees within the organization. The Deputy Manager will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, seminars, and training sessions, as well as preparing training materials and resources. Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
- Prepare and update training materials, manuals, and presentations.
- Facilitate workshops, e-learning sessions, and on-the-job training programs.
- Mentor and support new trainers and employees in the training process.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development.
