Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes. Document customer interactions and maintain records accurately. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality. Follow company policies, procedures, and performance metrics. Required Qualifications Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in customer service, call center, or customer support is preferred. Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and empathetically. Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
