Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging theory and practical sessions in Hotel Housekeeping and Accommodation Operations.
- Train students in professional housekeeping standards, guest room operations, public area management, laundry operations, and accommodation management.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and laboratory sessions aligned with industry practices.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor and motivate students to develop technical skills, professional grooming, and industry readiness.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist in academic activities, practical examinations, industry visits, and institutional events.
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management
- Minimum 3–5 years of operational experience in the Housekeeping department of a reputed hotel, preferably a 4-star or 5-star property.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and shaping future hospitality professionals.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent knowledge of housekeeping operations and accommodation management.
- Ability to conduct both classroom lectures and practical training.
- Good organizational and leadership skills.
- Professional grooming and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools.
Pay: ₹9,813.57 - ₹30,000.00 per month
