Role
As a Social Media Executive at Digital Factory, you'll manage and grow social media profiles for multiple clients every day. You'll plan content calendars, create and schedule posts, run campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube, monitor performance, and respond to audience interactions — all while collaborating closely with our creative and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client social media profiles across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with each client's brand voice
- Execute and monitor paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Optimize posts for reach, engagement, and performance
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions on behalf of clients
- Coordinate with the creative team to align content with ongoing campaigns and branding
- Track analytics, prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, and recommend improvements based on data
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Hands-on experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Excellent writing and communication skills to craft clear, brand-aligned content
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance tracking
- Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and content marketing
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
- Freshers with strong hands-on knowledge of ad platforms are welcome to apply
