Job Responsibilities:
- *Installation and Maintenance*: Install, assemble, and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftops and ground-mounted structures.
- *Site Surveys*: Conduct site surveys, measure dimensions, and assess shading and roof conditions.
- *Troubleshooting*: Troubleshoot, test, and repair solar equipment as required.
- *Customer Education*: Educate customers on system performance, maintenance, and best practices.
- *Safety Compliance*: Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
Job Requirements:
- *Education*: Diploma or certificate course in Electrical, Electronics, or relevant field.
- *Experience*: 0-3 years of experience in solar PV installation (freshers with strong technical skills may also apply).
- *Skills*: Knowledge of electrical wiring, load management, and renewable energy systems.
- *Certifications*: ITI certification in Electrical or Electronics is preferred.
Salary Range:
- ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
