Job Summary
The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, promoting Tactics Healthcare services, and supporting the organization's growth objectives. The role involves field visits, client acquisition, partnership development, and market expansion activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, schools, colleges, corporates, and community organizations.
- Promote Tactics Healthcare services, health card programs, medical camps, and healthcare solutions.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and business partnerships.
- Coordinate health awareness programs, medical camps, and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets assigned by management.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports and monthly performance reports.
- Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Represent the organization professionally during meetings, presentations, and events.

Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
