About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Civil Engineering graduates who are eager to build their careers in Project Management Consultancy (PMC). As a Junior Site Engineer, you will work under experienced Project Managers and Senior Engineers while gaining practical exposure to residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision
- Assist in daily site execution activities.
- Monitor construction work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure work is carried out according to project schedules.
Quality Control
- Check workmanship and material quality.
- Assist in quality inspections and site checklists.
- Report quality issues to senior engineers.
Progress Monitoring
- Record daily work progress.
- Prepare Daily Activity Reports (DAR).
- Maintain site photographs and execution records.
Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
- Follow up on pending work and material requirements.
Safety
- Ensure workers follow safety guidelines.
- Report unsafe conditions immediately.
- Promote PPE compliance at site.
Documentation
- Maintain site registers and records.
- Assist in preparing Measurement Sheets (RA Bills), MOMs, and project reports.
- Update project documentation regularly.
Learning & Development
- Learn project management processes.
- Understand construction methodologies and engineering standards.
- Participate in technical training sessions.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of construction methods

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Preferred Skills
- AutoCAD (Basic)
