We are looking for a **Jewellery Sales cum Customer Support Executive** to join our team. This is a **customer support-focused role with no sales targets**.
The selected candidate will coordinate with international clients while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with jewellery product inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
* Coordinate with **international clients** via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
* Handle customer queries, follow-ups, order updates, and after-sales support.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely communication.

**Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).**
* Freshers with outstanding English communication are encouraged to apply.
* Experience in the jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.

* Graduate (preferred)
