Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM.
- Experience in customizing and integrating IT service management solutions to align with business workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex application issues.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Knowledge of configuration management and change control processes within IT service management.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
