We are looking for an energetic and proactive Office Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination between all departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to manage tasks efficiently and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate with all departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain reports, records, and departmental updates.
- Assist management in planning, scheduling, and operational activities.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular status updates.
- Resolve operational issues by coordinating with concerned departments.
- Organize meetings, prepare MOMs, and track action items.
- Ensure discipline, professionalism, and compliance with company policies.
- Support management in implementing new processes and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
