As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on exposure to how hiring functions operate in a fast-growing startup. This internship is designed for someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn how exceptional teams are built. You'll work across tech and non-tech hiring while supporting recruitment across India and international markets, playing a meaningful role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent.
The Job

Support end-to-end recruitment activities for tech and non-tech roles across India and international markets

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other creative channels to build strong talent pipelines

Screen candidate profiles and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams

Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process to deliver an exceptional candidate experience

Maintain candidate data, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports across ATS and internal systems

Assist with employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and talent engagement activities

Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient hiring workflows

Coordinate offer rollouts, pre-joining communication, and onboarding handoffs

Contribute to recruitment projects focused on process improvements, hiring analytics, and candidate experience
The Ideal Candidate

Has prior experience or exposure to Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (internships, campus placements, or projects are a plus)

Is excited about hiring across diverse functions, from engineering and product to business, operations, and customer-facing teams

Can manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate effectively across teams and time zones

Has strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills

Has high attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment

Is comfortable working with Google Workspace, Slack, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and spreadsheets
