Lesson Planning & Delivery
- Teach diverse art techniques including drawing, painting, sketching, origami, pottery, collage, and other crafts.
- Encourage creativity, imagination, and self-expression among students.
- Manage the classroom environment to ensure safety and productivity.
Student Development
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify individual learning needs and support students accordingly.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment.
Materials & Resource Management
- Ensure availability and proper use of art supplies and tools.
- Maintain an organized and safe art room.
- Track inventory and request materials as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Art Education, or related field (preferred).
- Certification or training in art teaching is an advantage.
- Freshers in teaching art and craft are welcome.
- Experience working with children in a school or activity centre is an added advantage.
