Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software architecture and delivery processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js, Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures using Node.js.
- Experience in cloud infrastructure management and deployment leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS) services.
- Ability to implement best practices for code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture in Node.js environments.
- Skilled in integrating third-party APIs and developing RESTful services.
Additional Information:
