- Supervise the installation of HVAC systems according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Review HVAC shop drawings, construction drawings, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines (MEP, civil, electrical, and plumbing).
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per project schedule.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Prepare material requisitions and verify the quality and quantity of materials delivered to the site.
- Plan manpower, equipment, and resources for efficient project execution.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during installation.
- Inspect ductwork, chilled water piping, refrigerant piping, insulation, diffusers, grills, and HVAC equipment installations.
- Supervise testing, adjusting, balancing (TAB), commissioning, and startup of HVAC systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain site documentation, including inspection requests (IRs), material inspection requests (MIRs), method statements, and work permits.
- Attend progress meetings with clients, consultants, and project managers.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of HVAC materials and equipment.
- Monitor project costs and minimize material wastage.
- Verify contractor invoices and work measurements, if required.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, and project specifications.
- Support project handover by preparing as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and completion documentation.
Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
