AaliQ Essentials is a premium skincare brand committed to developing high-quality, science-backed personal care products. We are establishing our own manufacturing facility and are looking for a skilled Plant Operator to oversee daily production operations and ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery used in skincare production.
- Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment before and during production.
- Ensure production runs efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform routine machine inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and machine operation records.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO Compliances, hygiene protocols, and workplace safety standards.
- Minimize production downtime by identifying and resolving operational issues.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control, Production, and Maintenance teams to achieve daily production targets.
- Supervise machine operators and production staff during manufacturing activities.
- Train new operators and production employees on machine operation, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Promote a disciplined, safe, and efficient work environment on the production floor.
- Assist management in improving production efficiency, reducing wastage, and implementing process improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience operating or supervising manufacturing machinery, preferably in the cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or food manufacturing industry.
- Good understanding of production processes, machine maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Leadership ability with experience training or supervising production staff.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining production records.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cosmetic or pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and quality management systems.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work under production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
