Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Manager/Assistant Manager of Learning and Development. The role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Responsibilities include managing learning initiatives, creating instructional materials, leading training sessions, and driving leadership development programs to support the growth and success of the organization. The role aims to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the company.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Training & Development and Training delivery strategies
- Experience in Learning Management and Instructional Design
- Proficiency in Leadership Development and related training best practices
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs
- Prior experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred
