Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Executive with strong communication and relationship-building skills. The role involves identifying business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, supporting business development activities, and contributing to the company's growth. We are seeking individuals with a proactive attitude, learning mindset, and passion for client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
· Identify potential clients through market research, networking, referrals, LinkedIn prospecting, email campaigns, and cold calling.
· Generate, qualify, and track business opportunities across relevant industry segments.
· Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and key business contacts.
· Research and identify key decision-makers within prospective client organizations.
· Schedule meetings and introductory discussions with business owners, founders, project heads, consultants, developers, and other decision-makers.
· Identify emerging sectors, new markets, and business opportunities aligned with company services.
Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
· Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
· Represent the company professionally during client interactions, meetings, presentations, and discussions.
· Ensure timely follow-up and engagement throughout the business development cycle.
· Develop long-term relationships that support repeat business and referrals.
Proposal & Business Coordination
· Coordinate with internal teams for preparation of presentations, proposals, capability documents, and commercial submissions.
· Support client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
· Maintain effective communication and follow-up with prospects and clients throughout the business development cycle until closure.
Market Intelligence & Business Insights
· Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
· Gather client feedback and market insights to support business improvement initiatives.
· Identify potential opportunities for business expansion and service enhancement.
Reporting & CRM Management
· Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, opportunities, and follow-up activities.
· Update CRM and sales tracking systems regularly.
· Prepare periodic business development activity reports.
· Maintain an organized sales pipeline and opportunity tracker.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
· Graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply.
· MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
Experience
· 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Sales, Customer Success, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing, Consulting, Recruitment, or other client-facing roles.
· Candidates with prior experience in lead generation, client interaction, relationship management, or business development activities will be preferred.
· Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills, confidence, and strong learning potential may also be considered.
· Exposure to service-based industries, consulting environments, or relationship-driven business functions will be an added advantage.

Compensation
Competitive salary package with attractive performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
